Rotary Simulated Transportation Vibration Tester (Racehorse-type Vibration) simulates continuous bumping conditions during highway logistics transportation. It complies with international packaging and transportation test standards ASTM D999 and ISTA. It is used to conduct transportation reliability tests on packaging boxes of toys, electronics, home appliances, gifts, ceramics and other products, inspect the cushioning structure of packages and the vibration resistance of products, and assess the risk of damage during transportation. Equipped with a microcomputer numerical control system, the equipment operates stably with low noise and features convenient clamping. It is widely applied in quality inspection laboratories and factory production lines.

Test Principle and Process:
The equipment generates rotary elliptical vibration via an eccentric mechanism to simulate the bumpy environment during truck transportation. Fix the test packaging box onto the aluminum profile fixture of the workbench, set the rotating speed and test duration, and the equipment will vibrate continuously automatically. It will stop automatically once the timing ends. Open the package and inspect the product for defects such as cracks, loose components and functional failures to determine whether the packaging scheme meets transportation requirements.
