Product Principle:

The equipment consists of a servo drive unit, a high-precision torque sensor, an angle encoder, a special fixture and a control system:

1.The fixture fixes the zipper slider and pull tab respectively to ensure firm clamping without slippage.

2.The servo motor drives the transmission mechanism to perform bidirectional torsion at the set angles (e.g. ±90°, ±150°) and speeds (0.5–2 r/min).

3.The sensor collects torque and angle data in real time, dynamically generates curves, and automatically records the peak torque, failure angle and cycle count.

4.The test stops automatically when the sample breaks, deforms or reaches the set parameters, and the data can be stored, printed or analyzed online.
